No Travel Entry Ban for Work Visa Holders to Saudi Arabia

Saudi authorities recently clarified that employment visa, work visit visa, business visit visa, and family visit visa holders are exempted from Saudi Arabia’s travel restrictions, according to a report from the Saudi Gazette.

As for multiple reentry visit visa holders, the Director General of Passports has stated that they are allowed reentry into the country if they were not in any country affected by the coronavirus two weeks before their arrival.

However, the tourism visa has been suspended for all travelers and airline crew departing from countries such as China, Iran, Italy, South Korea, Macao, Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, the Philippines, Singapore, India, Lebanon, Syria, Yemen, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Somalia, Vietnam, as well as Taiwan and Hong Kong.
